Having been in this industry for over 10 years now, I can tell you from experience that there are two kinds of clients. Those that have time and willingness to maintain their own sites, and those that don't. Generally I build sites that give my clients the ability to update their own site, and some of them take full advantage of it, but sometimes having the time or inclination to do so is a different story.

Too often the maintenance of the website becomes the lowest priority, or even worse, forgotten. Instead of letting your site grow stagnant, you can send your updates to me.
